Spain's government has dealt a significant blow to Airbnb, demanding the removal of nearly 66,000 listings that violate tourist accommodation laws. A Madrid court upheld the immediate delisting of 5,000 properties, with further legal actions pending. The MOVE reflects growing tensions over housing shortages and anti-tourism sentiment.
